Encore provides expert maintenance, repair and logistics support services for multivendor products, including Encore™, HP®, SGI®, Sun®, PC’s, Motorola® and COTS.

 

In Italy, UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Jordan, Brazil Encore computers have been used, along the last 30 years.

 

In 2002, Encore was purchased by Compro Computer Services that was doing maintenance of Encore, SGI, Compaq, Sun etc. in flight simulators in USA and UK. Since then, we have offered these services for our customers in Spain and Portugal.

 

Besides the Encore systems mentioned previously, we currently have SGI, Sun, HP, Dell, Storagetek and other equipment under maintenance contract, almost all of them under Premium Support.

 

Support Programs can be tailored to fit the unique requirements of the customer but we offer 3 main options for the maintenance:

 

Parts Care: It covers the repair and substitution of defective parts and remote assistance from Monday to Friday during normal office hours. Spares would be placed onsite or sent to the customer on the day that requested. Onsite interventions could be done at standard price plus trip expenses and response time is not guaranteed.

 

Parts Care-Plus: Like Parts Care but with onsite intervention guaranteed on next working day.

 

Premium Support: Like Parts Care-Plus but cost of interventions and trip expenses are included. It includes preventative maintenance visits and complete spare systems onsite tested and ready for immediate exchange.
